1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdslot website accessible at https://bdslot.im, including all sub-pages, services, games, sports markets, and features made available through it.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform, linked to a unique username, password, and verified mobile number.
• "Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held within a Player's Account for the purpose of placing bets and receiving winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or reward issued by bdslot to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they become withdrawable as real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of bdslot is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdslot does not permit any person under 21 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended bdslot Account. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.

bdslot reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time requested may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bdslot will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep this information secure. Specifically:

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify bdslot immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as your own activity unless you have reported unauthorised access in advance of that activity occurring.
• You must ensure that no minors have access to your Account or to any device on which bdslot is logged in.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdslot currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdslot does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors at this time.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to your mobile financial service provider's transaction caps.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bdslot is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
• bdslot does not charge a deposit fee, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and mobile number used to make the original deposit ("same-source rule"), subject to verification.
• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. bdslot reserves the right to adjust this minimum with reasonable notice.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport). bdslot will review submitted documents within 48 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours (09:00–22:00 UTC+6) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business period.
• bdslot reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, bdslot may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotions to new and existing Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Certain game categories (for example, live casino tables or specific high-RTP slots) may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution calculations.
• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus or new-player promotion once. Using multiple accounts, referral abuse, or other means to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• bdslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, without incurring any liability to Players who have not yet claimed the relevant promotion.
• If bdslot identifies that a Player has exploited a promotion, a software glitch, or an error in odds that would not have been offered under normal operating conditions, bdslot reserves the right to void all related bets and bonuses and recover any funds paid out as a result of the error.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on bdslot are subject to the following conditions:

• A bet is final and irrevocable once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. bdslot does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or any other interruption after a bet has been accepted, the Platform's server-side records will be treated as the definitive record of the bet's outcome.
• bdslot reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a human error or system error, even if the bet has already been settled.
• For live casino titles, game outcomes are determined entirely by the live dealer and certified hardware at the respective studio provider's facilities (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or other licensed providers used by bdslot). bdslot has no influence over live game outcomes.
• For slots and other RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by a certified third-party random number generator. Historical game results have no influence on future outcomes.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are displayed within each game interface prior to play commencing. These limits may be adjusted at bdslot's discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdslot Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Opening duplicate accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or cooling-off periods.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at bdslot staff or other users of the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any other unlawful source.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on bdslot — including but not limited to the bdslot brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, icons, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdslot or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bdslot content without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdslot and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned, that affects your access to your Account or Wallet.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any errors in game outcomes that are promptly corrected in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy

bdslot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].

12 Amendments to These Terms

bdslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and withdraw any remaining balance from your Wallet before closure.

13 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your bdslot Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

bdslot may suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if you are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement, if we are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority, or if we reasonably believe that continued operation of your Account poses a risk of harm to bdslot, other Players, or third parties. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, bdslot reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance.

14 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version of this Agreement and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.
